This workout is focusing on Abs and Legs!
It's free and you don't need any equipment.

  • 30 Russian Twists
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 30 Side Jackknives
  • 40 Bicycle Crunches
  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Lunges
  • 40 Calf Raises
  • 30 Squats
  • 10 Side Lunges each leg
REPEAT X3
