Let 2016 be the year that you get your skin in its best shape ever.

Your skin cells typically turnover every month or so, depending on your age and the condition your skin is in.

This rate of skin shedding, or desquamation, can vary with different people. Thee cell turnover rate of a more mature skin or a seborrheic, acne skin will have slowed down.
